FOUNDER
Crews For Cruise was founded by Yesenia Marchena in 2019 after spending over 25 years in the hospitality industry. She's been working specifically with cruise lines for 15 years, facilitating and organizing virtually every facet involved in recruitment of crew and leading the global hiring partner network of agencies.

Yesenia's passion for service, transparency of process, ethics and compliance extend to the team she inspires and leads. Together, they ensure that crews shipped are ethically processed to positively contribute to smooth sailing operations.

We hire multi-level talent for in Guest Services, Restaurant, Bar, Housekeeping, Galley, Casino, & Security.​​
We can provide guidance and arrangements for Crew Candidates to get medicals at approved and certified clinics.
We also provide guidance throughout the on-boarding process, such as seaman documents, and visa processing facilitation, ship life prep & orientation sessions, and arrangements for airport transfers for all joining new hires.
We guarantee personalized guidance, in person and via multi-channel digital communication, for support every step of the way.
RETURNING CREW
SUPPORT
For returning crew members, we monitor documents for quality & compliance.​​​​
